DFAT08-OPO-033 - Request for Tender for the supply, freight and installation of furniture and fittings for the Australian Embassy, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
The Overseas Property Office (OPO) within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is constructing a new Chancery for the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh. In conjunction with this project, OPO is also arranging the provision of furniture and fittings for the new Embassy.
Conditions of Participation
Tenderers must demonstrate compliance with the following Conditions for Participation:
- Tenderer (or any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (see RFT clause 5.4);
- Tenderer (or any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorist under the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008; and
- Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent.
Closing Time
The tender closes at 1400 (AEDST) Tuesday 28 October 2008.
