Using photographs from the collection

You can download and use images from the photographic collection free of charge, however some copyright conditions apply. Historical photographs

The majority of our historical photographs, including those previously produced by the Australian News and Information Bureau and its successors, are now in the custody of the National Archives of Australia (NAA) in Canberra.
